When will my order be shipped? TOP
Please allow 3 weeks for your order to arrive as these items are custom made to order. All custom orders are typically shipped out within approximately 5-10 business days after payment and all of the necessary personalization information is received. Email us if you are concerned about the timing of your order prior to placing your order. Orders less than $25 are shipped out via USPS First Class Mail, which typically takes 2-5 days, and larger orders are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 days. If you want a smaller order (less than $25) to be shipped via Priority Mail, there is a Priority Upgrade option at checkout for $2 extra. International orders will be shipped using First Class International Mail.

Can you embroider on both sides of the can or bottle koozies? TOP

Since all of our products are custom made to order, returns cannot be accepted. However, if your item was not made correctly to your specifications, or if you find a flaw in your item, please contact us via email and we will gladly replace it.

Ordering Tip 1 - Large order with similar koozies TOP
If you are ordering a large number of koozies that are all basically the same (same color, same font, same ribbon, same design, etc), you can fill out the appropriate koozie ordering page once with the details for the koozies (koozie color, font, ribbon, etc). Then type the names, monograms or initials in the "Other Specifications" memo
box and set the quantity to the number of koozies you're ordering. Hit order and proceed to checkout.
Ordering Tip 2 - Large order with an assortment of koozie colors, styles, etc TOP
If you are ordering several koozies, and if it is easier for you, you can email the order details to us instead of placing the order on the website. Create a spreadsheet or document with the following information for each koozie:
1. Koozie color or print (zebra, camo, etc)
2. Koozie style (can, long neck, water bottle, coffee wrap, etc)
3. Text or Monogram
4. Text font style
5. Text color
6. Ribbon preference if desired (tied or band)
7. Bling choice if desired
8. Feather color if desired
9. Other design

Email the order to us at info@llemb.com. We will then email you a quote within 1-2 business days. For payment, you can either call your credit card information in to us or we can email you a Paypal invoice that you can pay online with your credit card (or a Paypal account if you have one and prefer to use it). You do not need a Paypal account to pay the Paypal invoices and their website is a secure way to make a payment. Please do not send card info via email.

How do I wash my koozie? TOP
Yes, all of our collapsible koozies are definitely washable. We recommend hand washing them in the kitchen sink. Fill the sink half full with cool water with a little dish soap (or laundry detergent if you prefer to use that). Soak the koozies in the soapy water for about 15 minutes (or longer) and then gently wash them. Wring them out. To get most of the excess water out, you can place them on a hand towel, roll the towel up and gently squeeze. You can then put the the koozies on the counter or dish rack to dry. You can speed up the drying process with a fan or blow dryer (don't blow dry them on hot if there are stains on them or the hot air will set the stains). If your koozie has feathers, a blow dryer will dry and fluff up the feathers. If you get difficult to remove spots, use laundry detergent, a stain remover or a stain pen to remove the stain(s). You're koozies will look as good as new. :)
Please note: if your koozies have crystals (bling), do not use hot water to wash them or a hot blow dryer to dry them. Doing so could loosen the glue and cause the crystals to fall off.
